When You Pray, What You Pray: Part 2

Matthew 6:11-15: In the second half of the Lord's Prayer, Jesus teaches us to bring our deepest needs to our Heavenly Father in three requests: give us, forgive us, deliver us. By nature we resist this kind of daily dependence and trust. We rely upon ourselves, excuse our sin, and rely upon our own power. But down low, in our need, is exactly where our heavenly Father’s care is found and received. He cares for our greatest physical and spiritual needs, giving provision, forgiveness, and deliverance to those who ask.
