Jon Cameron
Lead Pastor, elder
Jonathan Cameron joined the Parkside Church team in June 2008. He spent his undergraduate time at Grove City College studying Political Science and Molecular Biology before earning an MA in Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School along with an MDiv from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jon and his wife, Megan, have three children: Charlotte, Lucy, and Scott.
Jordan Aho
pastoral team
Originally from western New York, Jordan Aho moved to Ohio in 2023 to be an intern at Parkside Church. Earlier that same year, he graduated from Elim Bible Institute and College. Jordan is happily married to his wife, Richelle.
Michael Rutan

Michael grew up in Hartville, Ohio and is a graduate of Kent State University. He has spent the past five years doing campus ministry at Kent State. He earned an MA in Theology at Biola University. Michael is married to Courtney and they have four children: Isaiah, Raelynn, Maya, and Noelle.

Chris Brown
Elder
Chris Brown, a native Clevelander, grew up in Chagrin Falls as the sixth of seven siblings. He has been attending Parkside since 1992 where he met his wife, Laurie. They have three adult children and live in Aurora. Chris graduated from Bowling Green State University with a BSBA and currently works as a risk management consultant at Huntington Insurance.
Dapo Oguntoyinbo
Elder Intern
Oladapo “Dapo” Oguntoyinbo was born in Lagos, Nigeria. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, and an M.Sc. in Information and Telecommunications Systems Management from Capitol College in Laurel, Maryland. He has been a member of Parkside Church since 2010. He works at Technical Assurance, Inc. in Willoughby, Ohio. Dapo and his wife, Wande, have three children—Monife, Sam, and Morayo.
Sam Prentis
Elder Intern
Sam was born and raised in St. Louis. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College, which is where he met his wife, Brenda. Together they established their home in Northeast Ohio and are the proud parents of 4 grown children (and 7 grandchildren). Sam and Brenda reside in Hudson, and host a Parkside Kent Community group at their home. Professionally, Sam has worked in the banking industry for over 35 years and currently is an executive with Bank of America.
Randy Welton
Elder Intern
Randon “Randy” Welton grew up in an Air Force family. He graduated from Penn State University before going to the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences where he received his M.D. He was trained and worked as a psychiatrist in the Air Force for 20 Years. He has been involved in training physicians for over two decades which brought him to northeast Ohio. Randy has been married to Michelle for 40 years and they have two children—Sean and Shannon.

Abby Milner
Director of kids ministry
Abby lives in Aurora with her husband Arthur and three children Parker, Kylie and Remi. She enjoys being an active part of her community by coaching and substitute teaching. Arthur has attended Parkside since childhood and they have attended together since being married in 2012.
Ryan Hammond
Director of Creative Arts
Hailing from Maryland, Ryan Hammond moved here in 2014 to complete an MFA in Visual Communication Design at Kent State after earning a BA in Communication from Grove City College. Ryan and his wife, Bethany, were members of Parkside Green for ten years; he served there in the same part-time staff role. Ryan and Bethany are parents to Lincoln, Maggie, and Lucy.
Lori Sidle
Ministry Assistant
Lori has spent many years serving in ministry with women and families through bible study in the local church. Lori and Kris have four adult children.
Cate Love
Admin assistant
Cate grew up in Cleveland Heights and at Parkside Bainbridge. She served in their youth group during college. Cate is a founding member of Parkside Kent and lives in Streetsboro. She has a BFA in Animation from the Cleveland Institute of Art and freelances as a Multimedia Designer (for government bodies, museums, and private local clients) and is also a small business owner. She is active in a local women’s club that focuses on serving the residents of Portage County.
Our Story
We are a non-denominational, bible-teaching plant of Parkside Church in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
